IISERs Admission notification for BS-MS Program

Indian Institute of Science, Education & Research ( IISER) issued Admission notification for 2012 -13 BS-MS Dual Degree Program
Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India in pursuit to promote quality scientific research has set up five IISER at Bhopal,Kolkata,Mohali,Pune & Thiruvananathapuram.
These institutions are autonomous under MHRD and offers 5 years BS-MS Dual degree courses with major in Biology,Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics.
Admission Process:
Admissions are made on the basis of merit in:
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) : SX, SA, SB, SP
IIT JEE 2012 Rank
Central & State Board: With high aggregate score in Board exams and IISER Science Aptitutde Test
Number of seats offered for 5 year BS-MS Dual degree programs are 500 in 5 IISERs. The reservation policy for OBC, SC, ST is followed as per the Central Govt policy.

Through IIT-JEE Rank – 7th June 2012 – 21st June 2012
On the basis of Board Exams: 15th June – 9th July 2012
Individual student if want can apply under all three options.
