Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology ( NSIT) is affiliated to Delhi University. NSIT is one of the most sought after institutes for engineering aspirants from Delhi & North India.
For delhi students,if they are not able to make to top IITs,the NSIT has become the first option even ahead of NITs like Warangal,Trichy etc. & the cut offs for streams like Computer Engineering & ECE are higher than DTU.
NSIT has 85% seats reserved for Delhi students and 15% for other states.
Admissions are made on the basis of merit in AIEEE. The cut offs ranks are very high for top streams like Computer & ECE. Even for Delhi students ,the AIR should be under to 5000 to secure a seat in Computer Engineering ,ECE should be under 7,500.
